      GRATELEY WAR MEMORIAL  HALL REFURBISHMENT AND RATES A major interior refurbishment starts on Monday 17th November for two weeks. The hire rates for all purposes and times are £5/per hour residents in our Benefice and £7/per hour non-residents.  Application for hire to Suzanne or Sam Webber on 01264-889784.

The event was opened by Mrs. Mary Fagan JP, Lord-Lieutenant and hosted by Steve Power of Wave105. See article.

      ST LEONARD'S GRATELEY QUIZ & SUPPER NIGHT
updated 7/11 The annual quiz and supper night held in support of Grateley Church took place on Saturday 1st November.  Over 60 people attended the function, organised by Shirley and Mick Hayward and a good night was had by all.

The event raised around £600 which will be donated to the Church funds, an excellent result.

      GRATELEY PATIENTS Stockbridge Surgery and Grateley Post Office & Stores are introducing a new service for a trial period.  With effect from 1st October, surgery dispensing patients only will be able to place their repeat prescriptions in a collection box.  These will be collected every Wednesday between 12 noon and 2pm and dispensed medication will be returned to the store the following Wednesday between 12 noon and 2pm.  Please note that this dispensed medication will be for patients whop are exempt from prescription charges or who have a prepaid exemption that has been notified to the surgery.

You will need to advise the surgery that you wish for your medication to be sent to the stores.

  Main Menu (MM)   Diary of Events   ST LEONARD'S GRATELEY QUIZ & SUPPER NIGHT The annual quiz and supper night in support of the church is being held at Grateley Village Hall.  The event commences 7.00pm on Saturday 1st November. Tickets cost just £8 each, to include the supper and can be obtained from Grateley Stores in the High Street or Rob Tierney on 01264-889682. Please bring your own crockery and cutlery and restrict teams to a maximum of 6 people.

Following the talk given by Major James Bryant and Corporal Tony Burbidge at Quarley Village Hall on Monday 10th March, Hilary Seddon has submitted a summary with a few photos. The talk was well attended and congratulations to Hilary for organising the event, which including some generous donations, raised £755 towards the Help for Heroes appeal.
