Grateley Patients Medication Scheme

Stockbridge Surgery and Grateley Post Office & Stores are introducing a new service for a trial period. With effect from 1st October, surgery dispensing patients only will be able to place their repeat prescriptions in a collection box. These will be collected every Wednesday between 12 noon and 2pm and dispensed medication will be returned to the store the following Wednesday between 12 noon and 2pm. Please note that this dispensed medication will be for patients whop are exempt from prescription charges or who have a prepaid exemption that has been notified to the surgery. You will need to advise the surgery that you wish for your medication to be sent to the stores.
